The Lakeridge community is located on the west side of Lake Tapps between Deer Island and Church Lake. Lakeridge area enjoys four private lakefront parks. Jenks park is a large park with boat launch, docks, swimming area, playground, covered picnic area, tennis courts and more. There is also the Lakeridge walk-in park, Banker’s Island Spit, and a ball diamond park that welcomes local ball leagues.
Lakeridge is located in the Sumner School District.
All residents belong to the West Tapps Maintenance Co. Homeowner Association.
