Tapps Island

Tapps Island is located on the east side of Lake Tapps, comprised of five smaller islands. Four of the islands are lived on with waterfront homes, golf course homes and inland homes. The fifth island is undeveloped and enjoyed by local baseball, soccer leagues, walkers,  joggers, black berry pickers and nature lovers.  Each island is connected by vehicle bridges and walking bridges over water channels.
Tapps Island residents enjoy private waterfront parks, boat launches, docks, swimming areas, pickle-ball courts, tennis courts, swimming pool, athletic room and more.
Tapps Island’s beautiful public golf course, amazing lake and Mt. Rainier views, clubhouse and Lakeside Grill restaurant can all be enjoyed by the public.
Tapps Island is in the Dieringer School District.
All residents belong to the Tapps Island Home Owner Association.
