I also enjoy working with business owners. Having built and owned a successful business of my own I understand the considerations of making decisions with developing a business including the appropriate location, calculation of cost and risk vs gain. I have also sold my own business and understand the transition process.

Working with home builders is another area of experience I offer.  Having been the general contractor in two homes I have had built, I understand the aspects of the building process and working with the local jurisdiction for permits.
